Who dis?

Hello there! My name is Max and I am a developer from Berlin, Germany.

As you can see from the projects I worked on, my interests span over a variety of technologies and domains. My background is media informatics (computer science with focus on media), which I finished my bachelors and masters in. While my background is in a technical domain, I see myself as a creative with knowledge of technologies, software development, and human-computer-interaction.

What is the purpose of this project?

Well, this small website project has multiple goals.

First, it serves as a portfolio to show what my development interests and experiences are. This includes private projects which I built in my free time, study projects which were part of my time as a graduate at the university, and lastly, works that have originated from a professional context.

Second, I like to see what's happening in the field of web development and try to keep somewhat updated on current developments. A description of this website project and its iterations can be found among the other projects.

What's coming next?

Currently, I am working at ZDF Digital as a software developer after transitioning out of academia. But I am always open for interesting challenges and projects. Right now, I am interested in app development, interactive systems, mixed reality, and sustainability.
